This package provides you with antenatal care from your Initial booking appointment with me until your final visit before labour. I will be on hand on email and whats app 9am - 9pm every day to give you advice and support at home during your pregnancy. Care is individualised to meet your personal needs and can supplement current NHS care or replace it if you choose. If you are entitled to NHS maternity care you can book in with your chosen hospital and have any recommended bloods, scans or obstetric appointments that you would like alongside the care I provide. I specialise in supporting clients with anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), previous Birth Trauma.

• Your antenatal visits will be personalised to you and include a discussion of a variety of topics including nutritional advice, screening options, personal, social and medical history, creating a detailed birth plan, tips for labour and birth as well as preparation for your baby's arrival.

• At each antenatal visit I will carry out a full health check of you and baby including checking up on the wellbeing and development of your baby by listening to their heartbeat, assessing growth/size, assess positions to identify whether your baby may be breech. Also perform blood pressure checks and urine tests on you. 

• I am able to spend as much time as needed at each antenatal appointment to talk about your hopes and fears and de-briefing any previous birth experiences as a specialist in this field.
