I am an NMC registered midwife with additional training and knowledge in Birth Trauma and PTSD. I work clinically with a trauma informed approach and this reflects in my skills when working in pregnancy, birth and postnatal period with women and families.

• Full + Partial Postnatal Care at home visits (Appointments 1.5-2hrs at home)

• Undertake full postnatal health assessments of you & your baby at each appointment

• Newborn Examination as part of national screening programme (NIPE)

• Newborn Bloodspot screening (Day 5) to test for genetic and metabolic disorders.

• Baby weigh ins - usually days 5, 10 and 28

• Listen & talk about any postpartum issues, Birth debrief if required.

• Enhanced Breastfeeding or Bottle Feeding Support

  50% payment at Booking Care - Followed by Full payment at birth (Monthly payment plans can be arranged with personal agreement)

  This package provides you with postnatal care within the first 4 weeks following your birth. I will be on hand to give you advice and support during home visits whilst you are recovering. Care is individualised to meet your personal needs and can supplement current NHS care or replace it. 

  • Includes all appointments at home (1.5-2hrs)

  • Available visits in first week - Day 1, 2, 3, 5, 7

  • Further postnatal visits available will be day 10, 14, 21 and 28 - liaising with the Health Visiting team for ongoing family health care.

  • Personalised postnatal care with visits as required within the first 4 weeks after your birth

  • I will cover essential postnatal mother and baby checks including baby weights, jaundice monitoring, monitoring the health and development of your baby, newborn blood spot screening and recovery post-birth, tips and tricks for life with a newborn.

  • On-Call postnatal support 9am -9pm during the first 4 weeks after birth

  • WhatsApp group support chat to include partners
